Bush Regenerators – Expressions of Interest - Rockhampton area
With increasing demand for our science based approach from Government clients, we may have opportunities for experienced Regenerators to join our Rockhampton Bush Regeneration Team. The successful applicants will work on a long term vegetation management project, as part of a full time contract.
Selection Criteria
Essential Criteria
- Enthusiastic about working to achieve Ecosure’s Vision
- A passion for and significant experience in Bush Regeneration
- Qualifications in Conservation and Land Management (or equivalent qualification or experience)
- Queensland ACDC certification or Chemcert
- Plant identification skills and knowledge of both native plants and noxious/environmental weeds
- Determination to have fun at work
- Manual drivers licence
Desired Criteria
- Four wheel drive training
- First Aid training

Business Development Manager - West Burleigh
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager. Reporting to the CEO, you will work with new and existing clients to secure contracts for environmental consultancy and airport wildlife projects.
Your role will be to secure contracts with new and existing clients by:
- Working with the CEO and Director to develop Business Development strategy
- Initiating business relationships and following up leads provided
- Supporting the Customer Relationship Management across both companies
- Supporting proposal development across both companies, including delivery of presentations to clients
Selection Criteria
Essential Criteria
- Evidence of ethical business practice in environmental consultancy or related industries
- Successful technical sales track record
- Current network of relevant decision-makers
- Enthusiasm to find, pursue and secure opportunities that align with the visions of both companies
- High level communication skills including professional presentation skills
- Great time management skills
- Determination to have fun at work
